Water efficiency has been improved above code requirements by over 30% by using low flow faucets on the sinks in the project space, and by installing flow restrictors on the faucets.
The light fixtures use 15% less energy than the code requirements. More than 70% of the appliances and computer equipment used in this space are Energy Star rated.
The mechanical system exceeds ASHRAE 62.1-2004 requirements for outside air and ventilation by 30% providing a healthy work environment. An indoor air quality management plan was developed and implemented during construction.
92% of construction, demolition, and packaging debris from the construction of the new space has been diverted to uses other than a landfill.
