Project Description: Pinegrove Place is a one-storey apartment building development with 12 one-bedroom units for seniors and persons with physical disabilities. MV Wilson was responsible for the design of the site plan, stormwater management system, Parkside Street road extension, topographic survey, and building structure for Phase 1 of the development.  The stormwater management system features a dry pond/snow storage area and a bio-retention cell as part of a low-impact design (LID) and sustainability strategy.
