Muskegon Construction Company worked with the owner and architect as a team to deliver innovative solutions to the project’s needs. Accurate and timely cost information and strictly controlled scheduling techniques contributed to the success of the project. Features: • Security and technology systems added and upgraded to provide state-of-the-art monitoring and fully integrated access control for the entire facility • Additional state funding permitted an additional 1,200 square feet of mezzanine space inside the newly constructed jail. • Mezzanine construction was integrated with minor impact on the original project budget and schedule.
