Recognizing the need for additional modern medical office space, War Memorial Hospital selected Moyle Construction as the design/build company for its new Medical Office Building.  The 40,000-square foot, 4-story building has a framework of structural steel and precast concrete planks with a shell of metal studs, foam insulation, and brick veneer.  The finished building houses exam rooms, surgical units, dialysis treatment areas, X-ray units, nurses’ stations, physician practices and related health care specialists, as well as a 3,100-square foot VA Clinic.

Moyle Construction was responsible for packaging work intospecific categories, bidding out all phases of the project, processing and maintaining all project documents, and ensuring the project stayed on schedule and budget.
