Manistique, Michigan
General-Contractor-Design/Build
Originally a gas station, the building was converted into a medical office building for the Veteran Affairs Clinic. The interior of the building was renovated to meet the new tenant’s need and included new wall framing for exam rooms, lab areas, administrative and medical offices. The existing mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded to meet the tenant’s design requirements. The exterior façade was completely reworked, including a new canopy over the main entrance, cultured stone veneer, and EIFS accents. The site was repaved and new landscaping installed around the building.
