Goodwill Industries is one of the anchors in Keelridge Plaza constructed in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Moyle Construction was the general contractor for the new retail center and worked with Goodwill to create its new retail space.  The building is a pre-engineered metal building with a masonry veneer.  A loading dock was installed for Goodwill along with a drive-up canopy for public deliveries and donation drop offs.
