A new call center was designed and constructed for US Cellular and based on their retail space. The space was designed for the new user group, Customer Care Center, a department dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. An open work environment and three-dimensional branding were some of the key elements integrated in the design, as well as state-of-the-art technologies.
