Story

Architect Goody Clancy developed a new resident hall and dining facility were developed for the University reflecting the housing style of the campus, with a more modern approach to student living.  Mekus Tanager developed the interior concepts.  There are eight houses encompassed in the building, with approximately 100 students per house. Each house has its own identity and this is reflected by the color schemes and furniture selection. Inspiration was drawn from the impressionism artwork of Monet, Cezanne and Van Gogh. The facility includes 800 beds, a 542 (approximate) seat dining facility incorporating the existing Burton-Judson dining commons, an underground loading dock, and a green roof.
