Story

Tickets Now is a Design/Build project delivery of a 20,000 square foot space. As a web based ticket seller this client required a program that upgraded the IT component with significant backup capabilities, large supplemental ac requirements, and a specialized fire suppression system. 

The project challenges included coordinating Mechanical and Electrical requirements within the limitations of an existing structure and landlord driven regulations. This project was completed from test fit to certificate of occupancy within 6 months. The reuse of existing furniture systems reconfigured to meet new programmatic requirements was implemented to reduce the budget costs, as well as providing the client with a more environmentally friendly option.
