The Arnett Residence included the remodeling of an industrial sculpture studio into a 3-bedroom residence complete with a 35-ft high arched ceiling and a ton-and-a-half crane. The living room’s custom terrazzo floor is radiantly heated and in the garage there is space for two motorcycles.
