The expansion of the cemetery involved the creation of a comprehensive master plan and design for a new entrance and roadways, as well as the design and construction of a new administration building, chapel, and garden crypts. The master plan for All Saints Cemetery represents a comprehensive strategy for both short and long term development of the property. It also accommodates expansion for short and long range mausoleum/garden crypt development based on inventory needs. The master plan for the cemetery provides a strategy for phased development of ground burial, mausoleum, garden crypt, chapel and administration services, linked by a roadway system and identification of optimal sites for building development. The plan also addresses the client’s goals to create a natural park like cemetery while enhancing the natural features of Davis Creek.
