Story

The Headquarters is an 16,500 square foot facility (expandable to 100,000 square feet) for the agency responsible in bringing business, sports and tourism development into Polk County. This facility will host dignitaries, elected officials and Fortune 500 executives thru seminars, outings and promotional activities. The building will house offices, seminar rooms and the Florida Sports Hall of Fame. The building will act as a catalyst for economic growth of business and development within the entire county.
