This project consisted of a 19,000 SF interior renovation to a dining facility at Southern Connecticut State University.
Work included selective demolition, concrete infill, misc metals, rough and finished carpentry, architectural millwork, insulation, roof patching, doors / frames and hardware, acoustical ceilings, new flooring, painting, signage, new kitchen equipment, exhaust hoods, new fire sprinkler system, and HVAC and electrical renovations.
This project was completed on an accelerated schedule during the students’ 2 1/2 month summer break from school.
