This home was built with the intention to show that excellent craftsmanship and design are possible within any price point. The design behind this home stemmed from the inspiration of an English Cottage "Tutor" design with a modern take. Throughout the home, you'll notice many "upcycled" vintage and custom build items in order to achieve this look. This design comes to life with the use of organic materials such as brick, and wood accents to create a warm and timeless pallet and living space. The utilization of the high ceilings, open concept living, and wide entryways allow for a 2280 SqFt home to feel airy and comfortable.
