The River House Co-Operative is undertaking a major capital improvements program to upgrade their facility and the amenities offered to appeal to today's savvy buyer. One of those projects is to create a fun and inviting recreational outdoor space in and around the existing pool area. JTAI employed colorful fabric shades to create a gathering place near to the pool but out of the direct sun to relax with friends and family. The shades are clipped to beefy steel pipe columns that add visual interest in the area. Similar columns are used in combination with new metal panels on the adjacent parking deck to create a colorful backdrop for the pool deck. When completed these improvements will create a very appealing outdoor space that will promote community.
