Quest Diagnostics is the nation’s leading provider of diagnostic testing and services. In conjunction with its ACTG partners, iDesign and Peter Basso Associates, JTAI was contracted to do a building assessment and analysis of Quest’s existing Auburn Hills location. The purpose of this assessment was to evaluate the existing conditions at the facility and make recommendations for implementing the newly created concept plan. The report included assessments regarding accessibility (ADA) compliance, building systems (HVAC/Elec), and equipment inventory. Also included was a phasing plan to describe how the renovation and relocation of equipment could be accomplished with minimal disruption to operations.
