Customer needed an automated machine to insert multiple O-rings and locking clips into a coupler for irrigation equipment.

The machine consists of 2 Fanuc Robots with a 3-position indexing, turn table. The robots insert and check the position of each O-ring and locking ring. HighPoint provided the Electrical Engineering, panel build and programming of PLC, HMI and Fanuc Robots with custom End of Arm Tooling (EoAT) for the project. 

A once very manual process has been automated, increasing quality and output for our customer.
