This home featured many specialty items all offered by Heyboer and Komdeur Electric. Specialty lighting for coves, cabinets, arches, and an extreme bar were featured. This home was also equipped with a central vacuum system, a full house sound system, a fully equipped home theater with surround sound, a Maestro dimming System (By Lutron) and multiple flat screen televisions all installed and supplied by H&K Electric.
