Heyboer and Komdeur Electric, Inc. was asked to do an exterior and interior electrical design for this 13,200 sq ft. multi-use office complex. The two story building was built to accommodate eight possible tenants and features an interior elevator, parking lot lighting, expandable modular metering, and completed common space. Since it was built, tenant spaces have been designed and finished for everything from a real estate office to a small school/daycare facility.
