The unique lighting challenge in this building was to design for function and style in a completely open “loft” style new construction in areas with 10’ and 23’ ceiling spaces. Heyboer and Komdeur Electric, Inc. worked within the owners budget to help design unique and functional lighting designs including: Multiple style indirect lighting. Specialty Aluminum track lighting supports. Functional dimmable lighting for video areas. Complete energy efficient occupancy sensing system.
