Remodels have been a growing business for Trubuilt Builders from just a handful of remodels in 2019 to over 30 remodels in 2020. Trubuilt started out 2020 with two large main floor remodels which resulted in many challenges amidst the COVID-19 shutdown in the early spring. The navigation of those challenges helped turn the remodel division into what it is today. Growing from one remodel crew in most of 2020 to having two by the close of the year. Having a separate project manager and in-house interior designer for remodels has allowed for a consistent design team throughout the life of the project. As more and more remodel jobs were sold, the remodel team continued to improve their strategies to construct the best possible processes for their remodel customers. To date, the remodel crews have successfully completed over 40 remodels from small bathrooms to full main floors.
