Stephanie is 31 years old and has been with Snowden Builders for 5 years working as both the Project & Marketing Manager. Stephanie joined the company after graduating with her Bachelors in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University with an emphasis on entrepreneurship. She joined with little construction knowledge and experience but a great understanding and appreciation of management and leadership, and by building relationships with each of the company’s vendors and trade partners was able to work her way to being a successful and extremely efficient, and effective Project Manager. Stephanie implemented the use of construction management software to plan, track and manage all aspects of the project from estimating to scheduling and warranty service, etc. She believes that building relationships is the key to her success in life and in business and that honesty, integrity, and good communication are some of the most important qualities a Project Manager, or any business professional, can possess. In 2020, Stephanie began working towards obtaining her own residential builder's license and completed the required 60-hour prelicensure training! On top of working full-time (and then some), Stephanie is also the President of the Professional Women in Building Council and an active volunteer for the local HBA.
