Infinite Concepts had the honor of assisting in every stage of planning this Point West dream home for special clients. The parcels in Point West are challenging for various reasons including their limited size, environmental restrictions, etc. One of our goals was to provide this energetic couple with beautiful well-functioning spaces for year-round entertaining/accommodation of family and friends. A second goal was to provide them with a distinctive, timeless exterior and interior, We celebrated their home’s proximity to the water but purposefully avoided creating a "coastal theme park" so often seen in lakeshore home design. The rooftop deck is hands down the greatest accomplishment of DeBoer’s Glendalough. Not only is it astonishingly gorgeous, but it’s also smart boasting in-ceiling infrared heat, dual-track motorized screen, and clear vinyl wall panels which are there only when you need them, non-slip easy to clean porcelain tile decking, flip out bar window with supporting indoor kitchenette and bathroom. Only the harshest winter day could stop you from enjoying a view so incredible and incredibly close to the water you’d think you were dreaming.
