Trubuilt Builders is known for creating custom spaces entertaining the needs and desires specific to their homeowners. Trubuilt’s team has doubled in size in the past few years, creating more and more opportunity to dive into different directions in the construction world. With little turnover in employment, Trubuilt has been able to provide opportunities for employees to dive into different avenues such as sales, cabinetry, project management, etc. With growth comes process changes to aid in the consistency, the integrity, and the organization of the company. From drawing floorplans with a pencil and vellum paper to creating spaces from the click of a mouse, Trubuilt has drastically improved their building strategies and processes. There was a greater need for a central location of information as more and more employees were added to the team. Trubuilt then incorporated a project management platform that keeps seamless communication from employee to employee and builder to homeowner.
