Whitmore Custom Homes is comprised of a team with extensive engineering and project management

backgrounds. Though COVID-19 brought on a completely different set of challenges in 2020, our

engineered approach allowed us to maintain a level of excellence in the luxury housing market. Instead

of sitting back and feeling bad for ourselves, we used the shutdown to work through the

proper channels to ensure both client and employee safety. Our focus was centered on communicating

with our entire customer experience network (the top realtors, bankers, title companies, interior

designers, and architects in the industry) to put together innovative processes prepared to adapt to

often changing circumstances.

An entirely new safety program was implemented that included daily check-ins, distribution of PPE and

Sanitization, and COVID-19 exposure tracking. Employee and client scorecards were created to offer

quick day to day overviews as well as in depth performance analysis. Jobsite checklist were established

to ensure accountability standards between ourselves and trade partners. This combined approach did

not only enable us to hit the road running when work resumed but has also set us up for future success

and scalability.

Given all the challenges of 2020 we were still able to show significant growth and we continue to focus

heavily on being an advocate for our clients and giving them the best possible customer experience in

the industry.
