This lakeside cottage received a complete makeover - both Interior & exterior.  What an incredible transformation just in time for lake season - the owners will be able to enjoy an updated space ready to entertain guests & family. 

The exterior received new siding in a striking royal blue color, mixed with white trim, new anderson windows, new doors & roof.  The addition of a brand new front porch with stacked ledgestone columns, took the style from plain & outdated to a charming & welcoming cottage style.

Interior updates included a revised floor plan, addition of a guest bathroom, all new vinyl plank flooring in a pine finish, quartz countertops throughout, a mix of metals and stylish hardware between satin nickel & bronze, a custom kitchen with charleston hickory cabinetry & tile backsplash.
