Snowden Builder's remarkable "Meridian" home is sure to stun with its many landscaping features throughout the property. The primary landscaping objectives for this new build were to create an engaging water feature in the center of the drive, construct an inviting fire pit area for entertaining, and enhance overall privacy of the property. To achieve these goals, we combined the natural elements of the home and surrounding property into the design. For the water feature, a berm was built and retained by a natural stone wall, which created a two-sided waterfall that could be enjoyed both indoors & out. The firepit off the back deck was created to tie the outdoor living spaces together. Finally, berms were constructed along each side of the circle drive, to create an attractive screen and establish a more intimate space between the roadway and neighbors. These creative touches were just some of the outdoor features that truly showcase the home. Landscaping lighting flows beautifully throughout the property as well, accentuating every last detail; and an assortment of greenery and vibrant flowers cover the grounds to compliment the home’s exterior.
