Kitchen & Breakfast Room Renovation

Story

This Kitchen renovation was part of a two year whole home renovation of this historic home in Heritage Hill. Where possible, items were removed and restored such as the original windows & window hardware, doors & door hardware, radiators, and an original brick wall that was exposed. The original garage door was also restored and repuposed as a sliding door between the Kitchen and rear porch. New millwork, including ceiling beams were installed to match or coordinate with the historical accuracy of the home.

The Kitchen showcases custom cabinetry, quartz tops including splash and ledge, white oak paneling, professional grade appliances, lighting, new wood floors, and mirrored tilework. A new breakfast bar and coffee bar were created in this space. The Kitchen was relocated in the home, and walls were removed to create an adjacent "den" and "breakfast room" off the new open Kitchen.

The last photo shows the existing Kitchen.
