Projects encompassed: 2 master bath remodels, 1 bath/laundry remodel, ongoing school house remodel, window replacements/repairs, 1 kitchen update, roof repairs, updating stair railings/banisters and interior doors, 1 master walk in closet, 1 mother/daughter 2 bedroom/bathroom suite, 1 custom wine buffet/wall cabinet, 2 front concrete step repairs, garage door repairs, siding and window trim repairs, 5 attic insulations, 2 bath remodels, repair of 1 condo association’s entrance sign, shower door and cabinet installations, 1 EZ Breeze basement ventilation system installation and more. Use of 120 year old farmhouse purchased in 2018 for employee training. Projects completed in following cities: Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Byron Center, Wayland, Forrest Hills, Ada, Lowell, Alto and more. Managed 7 different full and part time employees throughout 2019, totaling $48,676.64* gross payroll funds to local, Michigan employees (*does not include owners salary). Worked with 10  subcontractors throughout 2019, totaling $53,398.08 gross funds going to local, Michigan businesses.
