Janel Joppie is an award winning designer for over 22 years and has experience with all levels and styles of design.  She does full plan drawings, layouts and realistic computer renderings to help clients "see" her vision.  Her project management and construction background is what really sets her apart from other designers.  She has the knowledge to see design from different perspectives which provides a bridge between the homeowner and builder expectations.  Janel has the ability to look at the design through both a client's eye as to what is aesthetically pleasing but also a builder's eye as to what is feasible structurally and stays within budget and time constraints.  Janel has been a leader in the industry and is highly respected by builders and members alike. Janel's Parade of Homes entries have some of the highest attendance rates due to her large following of people that have grown to love her unique and creative approach to design. Janel has a motto of "no cookie cutter-design."  Janel travels around the country to different markets and trade shows in order to stay a leader in upcoming trends in construction and decor. Because every person is different, Janel believes that every home should be different too. True talent lies in the ability to listen and understand her clients needs and desires and to express it visually in the designs she creates. Janel is from the Grandville area is a wife and mother of four children, and a huge dog lover.
