Whitmore Custom Homes is a family owned company comprised of three brothers all with extensive engineering and project management backgrounds.  As our focus has moved to the luxury housing market we have had to refine our processes to ensure the many details that go into the building process are captured, as to avoid surprises down the road.

In 2019 we focused heavily on being an advocate for our clients and giving them the best possible customer experience in the industry.  At Whitmore Custom Homes the customer experience doesn't start when the foundation is dug.  The experience starts the first time we meet a client and connect them with the top realtors, bankers, title companies, interior designers and architects in the industry.  We have assembled a team that has the same goal in mind...to ensure the client has the best possible building experience.  Our role at Whitmore Custom Homes is to guide the client through every stage of the process to ensure questions are answered, transparency is maintained and budgets and schedules are hit.  Architects have come to appreciate that we are not just the company building the home they are designing.  We act as an integral part of the team helping to troubleshoot, cost engineer and continuously monitor the budget to ensure the client is fully satisfied throughout the entire process.  This is the reason that much of our work is from referrals by not only our past clients but also the top architects and designers in West Michigan that want to ensure their clients have a great building experience.
