Zaagman Home Remodeling’s online marketing objectives this year included: increasing new leads through our website leads system. The lead form on the website generated 16 new leads in 2019 which helped secure 8 new customers in 2019. Furthermore, share ZHR’s brand to existing and new customers. ZHR’s target market includes: middle aged couples, retirees and business professionals living within 45 minutes of Grand Rapids. ZHR relies heavily on returning customers every year and with approximately two-thirds of 2019 customers being repeat clients, we began the creative process at the end of the year to capture testimony, video interviews to be added to the website. We believe ZHR is deserving of the ‘Best Website’ award for the latter mentioned objectives, achieved goals, engaging layout and modern design aesthetic. In addition efforts to keep ZHR’s website viewers engaged with “in progress videos” and using the website to help grow ZHR’s Facebook following (gained approximately 43 new Facebook followers in 2019). Unusual time constraints this year left us limited in regularly updating the website with new material as we stayed focused on projects at hand. However, this left opportunity to post more frequently to Facebook, continuing engagement with followers and pointing them back to the website for more info.
