This charming estate on the river was completely remodeled- from an exterior refresh to a redesigned main floor. The result is a spectacular transformation ready for family gatherings and entertaining. 

This project included a main floor expansion of 4 additional feet, resulting in an open floor plan for a brand new chef grade kitchen,  mud room, and laundry room.

Exterior updates include fresh paint on the cedar siding, with new front entrance columns, and heated blue stone pathways, new windows through out the home, as well as an expanded the deck over looking the water.

Interior finishes included hardwood white oak flooring, quartz countertops, high end custom cabinetry, all new appliances, all new trim, a newly designed stairway,  restyled fireplace, built ins, custom wood beams, and fresh updates through out the entire living space.
