Story

Although it was ripped down to its studs and completelyupdated, this home gives a nod to the quaint 1920s home that once existed. Thebungalow exterior and unique gas lanterns mounted aside the front door offer asubtle representation of the old made new again. Inside the modern bungalow,apportioned and closed off floor plan has been completely opened to allow for aspacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The old screened in porch has beenconverted into a secondary entrance foyer with a half bath, coat closet, and abuilt-in bench with extra storage. Engineered hardwood floors installedthroughout is skillfully contrasted by black windows frames and black lightfixtures for an elegant, modern feel. The large kitchen is highlighted by amarble waterfall island, inset cabinets, and an abundance of natural light. TheAmbabu Honed Marble from the kitchen counters is used again to outline thefireplace unit, tying the entire floor-into a calming and cohesive design.Upstairs lies three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the laundry room.
