This small cottage had the setting right, but needed more space for family gatherings & lakeside entertaining. After a complete remodel of the existing home, plus a second story addition & garage with bonus lake storage underneath, this home is now a spectacular living space.

The exterior finishes feature: Azek decking, a cultured stone chimney & front entrance, Andersen windows & new maintenance free siding blending vertical, horizontal & shakes. Some of the interior highlights include an open floor plan, quartz counter tops, a ledge stone fireplace, a stunning white kitchen with subway tile back splash, master quarters with French doors to a balcony, a soaking tub & a walk-in glass & tile spa shower. The additional second story now offers double guest quarters, with extra closets, storage & of course those amazing VIEWS!  The focus of this design was on maximizing the gorgeous views of the water & creating a seamless feel between existing spaces & the addition.
