This custom Parade Home was built over the span of 8 months with the client living in Florida. Everything from the floor plan design to the window treatments was selected through emails, text messages and phone calls between the client and designer. They never met or saw one another until the home was almost complete.

The home was built on a beautiful lake which is known for being a private skiers paradise.  The entire lake side of the home was built with views in mind with windows in every room.  The main area is designed with a  huge open floor concept with the kitchen, dining and great room combined. There is also a huge walk in butler pantry, a separate mud room with locker sand a grand piano room featuring windows on both sides.  The upper level has three bedrooms and a huge master suite with attached bathroom and soaking tub. All of which overlooks the stunning lake view. 

The lower level has a sunken theater room, bar and game area.  Guests can enjoy the addition of more bedrooms to be able to visit and yet maintain separate areas for privacy.  

The home was entered into the Spring Parade of Homes with the anticipation of the homeowners moving into the home after the parade ended...only to find out the homeowner transferred once again for  work and they would never end up moving into the home. The house was put up for sale after the finish of parade and a new family move din!
