Whitmore Custom Homes is a family company made up of three brothers all with extensive Engineering and project management backgrounds. We have a customer first mentality and keep our customer’s best interest in mind. With everything that was on our plate in 2018 we made a huge commitment to putting processes in place to allow our customers a great experience but also allow us to follow through on the large amount of business we had signed up for. With many of the new processes in place were successfully able to double our revenue from 2017 to 2018.

Open The Legends at Thousand Oaks featuring 9 high end home lots built exclusively by Whitmore Custom Home. Sold 4 lots the first year and finished 2 homes ranging from $800K-1MM. Projects stayed on budget and were completed on schedule with high praises from both owners. We are working with architects on two homes with one beginning late 2018 and another in 2019.

Started up new segment of our business – Additions and remodels -Completed two high end remodels ranging from $590K-$950K which stayed on budget and were completed on schedule with high praises from both owners.
