In recent years, Bob’s primary goals have been to increase the number of homes built and revenue incurred in order to achieve sustainable growth over the previous years. Bob’s plans for attaining these goals were to become even more involved in the community to increase awareness and reach with potential customers. These goals were achieved beyond expectations with a 68.2% increase in revenue while near doubling the number of homes built over the year prior.

Bob has made such a positive impression on his peers over the years, specifically those he has worked with and around. This has helped him to advocate himself in the community as a trusted expert and a very good builder. For example. Bob was recommended by a local HBA executive to the Wall Street Journal to offer insight and an expert opinion on the current housing market situation.This led into multiple follow-up features with similar media opportunities such as local news interviews, radio shows, the BBB Trust Series..

One of Bob’s greatest and most valued accomplishment is the impact that he has made on those he has built homes for. The quality speaks for itself as Bob builds a truly beautiful home, but the powerful and long-term relationships that he builds with his customers are a perfect representation of who Bob is , and the great experience that he strives to provide throughout the construction process and beyond. 

In addition, most recently Bob was elected to the HBAGGR Board of Directors, which is an exciting and rewarding achievement. Carrying the belief that social responsibility is of the utmost importance, Bob is grateful to have the opportunity and passionate about  contributing to the collaborative leadership, growth, and future success of the organization and the construction industry.
