During 2018, Mosaic Homes celebrated its 25th year in business and has embarked on a number of exciting new developments, projects and expansionsthat we hope will qualify us for Builder of The Year.

Celadon New Town – Expansion and Construction

Celadon New Town is a flourishing New Urban Community of Condos, Townhouses, Single Family Homes and Businesses. This year we added 14 Rowhome Style Condos with only 2 remaining for sale and will be starting Phase 2 of the building with 12 more Rowhome Condos at the end of 2018.

Riverlands - Approval

Riverlands is located in Plainfield Township on the Grand River. We have been working on the project planning for the last 3 years and have recently received full approval from the township planning commission. Riverlands will be 26 Cottage-Inspired stand along condos. The neighborhood will include walking paths, nature areas and a kayak launch area along the Grand River. Site work is planned to begin in the next few months.

Dunegrass – Completion

We completed our last home in the Dunegrass development located in Saugatuck. This home was an amazing modern custom design built into the dunes.

Revado Hills - Construction

Revado Hills is a neighborhood of 18 2-acre lots and located just to the East of the Village of Ada. We had 5 homes under construction this year, Including our entry for home of the year. These are custom architectural homes ranging from Modern Scandinavian to European inspired design.

Detroit - Growth

In Late Summer, Mosaic was able to secure a piece of property to develop in Midtown Detroit and are in the process of designing Modern Townhomes to start construction in the Spring.

Balsam Waters – Expansion and Construction

Balsam Waters is a Custom Home Development near Knapp’s Corner with 55 lots. In 2018 we started construction in phase 3, which includes 20 new lots. We were able to build a total of 7 homes this year and have 11 of the remaining 22 lots under contract to design and build.

Harbor Village – Growth and Construction

Located near the Harbor Shores Golf Course in St Joseph, we are under construction on 10 Townhomes and 2 single family homes. We are pleased to be the designated builder for 10 single family sites and the first builder to start construction in the development in both the multi-family and single family areas.
