2018 Highlights from Heartland Builders:

• 100% of our homes completed on schedule.

• 98% Likely to Recommend via Guild Quality a third-party company we use to survey our clients 3 times during our process. After selections, after move-in and after warranty Guild Quality.

• Developed and deployed a new website Heartland Builders.

• Mentor high school students in the Academy of Design and Construction at Innovation Central High School through Grand Rapids Public Schools. This is a 3-year commitment as we work with the students starting sophomore year through their high school graduation. We are working with seniors this year – it is a big year for them!

• Implemented a new lead management program.

• Developed training manuals for our Project Management and Interior Design position.

• Celebrated 20 years in the residential home building business!
