Story
Our Clients were ready for a change due to certain life circumstances so as soon as this home was put on the Market, they fell in love with the uniqueness and incredible features it had to offer. They had to have it! As soon as they purchased the home we started the renovation. The Clients wanted to keep the home bright, yet add calming elements throughout. With the help of Megan from Mathison Architects and Kristi Grotenrath from Infinite Concepts, we were able to blend the old and the new, updating but keeping the era of the home. Pictures show that this project turned out absolutely stunning, especially the Kitchen. The existing home had a recent Kitchen renovation; however, the new owner wanted an open concept. We achieved this look by removing certain walls and reorganized the space, creating a dynamite place to gather. Additional changes included a new back entry which was needed to fit today's busy family life stolen from unused space in the garage. Also, updates to all the baths and especially the Master Bath changed the functionality and beauty of this home.
