Story

Celadon is a fresh new urban community located near Knapp's Corner.  Celebrating the 10th year of the neighborhood, Mosaic Introduced a new building for 2018 that included 7 Modern Row Homes and 7 Loft Row Homes.   This special condo of the year is situated at the end of the building with an amazing roof top deck overlooking the neighborhood.   Keeping our square footage efficient, we were able to design an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with a pantry and attached garage.   Our design team put together a bright and fun interior design concept that we call "Chicago Chic".  It combines modern style flooring, cabinets and countertops with warmer brass light fixtures and trim details.  This condo is Green Built Certified with high efficiency mechanicals, appliances and open cell foam insulation.   There is nothing else like it considering the location and value provided by the lifestyle provided in Celadon, the unique architectural design, high end finishes and quality construction .
