This young and active family wanted a kitchen that reflected their personalities and gave them the functionality needed for everyday living and entertaining. Our designers worked with them to create a vibrant color palette with unique finishes including combination black & gold Moen faucets & lighting, Conestoga Regent Blue & Arctic White cabinets and a quartz countertop with a lot of movement (Daltile's Lamberti Bianco). This kitchen also boasts additional features including a walk in pantry and a wet bar. The backsplash (Atlas Concorde, Series: Marvel Dreamtakes) center stage, combining the color palette of blues, whites, golds and Carrera-look from the all of the finishes used in the kitchen to unite the color palette. We used the square footage from an unused screened porch and created a large, reconfigured kitchen, complete with a dining area as well as a large scale island with additional seating. This required a support steel beam to secure the weight of the 2nd floor above the kitchen. LVP flooring (Therma Core XL - color Silverside) was installed on the entire first floor, new windows, and trim. We used Sherwin Williams Cashmere paint throughout the first floor. The rest of the porch was used to create a mudroom and powder room with new access to the home fitness center and garage.
