When David Price Construction was approached to re-imagine this kitchen, our team saw the potential that this project held within. This kitchen layout was commonplace for homes built during the late 90s and early 2000s. Our design proved that older kitchens can be reconfigured to meet current trends. David guided the couple through the design and spatial layout while Rebecca, the specialist from Kitchen and Bath Galleries, aided with selections to ensure we were delivering a truly unique finished product that exceeded expectations. To kickoff the renovation, demolition took place in the existing kitchen so our team could alter the layout. A doorway was enclosed, and a wall was removed so the area would become more open and improve the room’s flow. With the old kitchen gone, all new cabinetry and built-ins were installed to maximize storage space. For additional modernization, all new appliances like the 36” Wolf Range, Asko dishwasher, and Subzero refrigerator were installed. We also toothed in Red Oak Select hardwood flooring to match the existing floors and refinished them to give the floors a very unique look. All parts of this project were integral in making this satisfied client’s project a part of their forever home.
