This two-story colonial in prestigious North Ridge got the fabulous makeover it longed for. Gone are the lonely dining room and front living room. With walls removed the kitchen is large, open and unique, with a large rustic alder island and matching decorative hood. A wall of pantry cabinets provides storage space galore. The living room and family room went from traditional to cool and open with the center wall removed. The fireplace wall received a fresh new look with shiplap boards and a bold paint color. Open shelving replaces the small built-in closet by the fireplace and adds to the Pinterest-worthy look. Even the foyer gets to show off a new look. The master bathroom expanded into a rear closet. A new closet was created with space borrowed from the garage. This bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower+tub with a jazzy tiled accent wall and a new transom window for both light and privacy.
