This beautiful 1998 home was full of potential and this homeowner was ready to reach it. This two year project started with a full gut. We started demoing in the kitchen and framing for the new cabinetry, island, appliances, plumbing and light fixtures. All new high end appliances were installed. Custom cabinetry and storage for the fridge, pantry, dishwasher and even more was installed. The remodel didn't stop there. The breakfast nook was renovated, featuring an office space and the laundry room off the kitchen was transformed with a large wine fridge. Next the dining room and family room were renovated with all new cabinetry, paint and lighting. The Powder Room, Guest Bathroom and Master Bathroom were transformed with floor to ceiling tile, new cabinetry, sinks and plumbing fixtures. This elegant Master Bathroom space extended to the Master Bedroom. New cabinets to surround the movie and projector screen were installed. A custom Inswing Door was installed in the bedroom for a private entry to the sunroom. Just outside the Master Suite we follow the new hardwood floors to the custom staircase with Solid White Oak flooring and Red Oak Stair Tread with Crown Heritage Sicily spindles on the Front Staircase. A fresh coat of paint and new furniture in the Living and Family Room, Dining Room and Bedrooms were then added to finish final touches.
