In 1997, these homeowners carefully managed every detail of their beautiful home they built and general contracted themselves. This custom home has a great floor plan, gorgeous lot and beautiful architectural details. As the years went by and design trends changed, they dreamed and planned for new finishes and upgrades for their forever home. We first met this couple at the Remodeler’s Home Tour in 2017. After the tour, they had us come over to discuss their remodeling projects and we provided them with an estimate. In total, they received bids from 5 professional remodelers. One year later, they called Wake Remodeling to revisit the project and hired us to complete the work. According to the homeowner, they selected Wake Remodeling “for our professionalism, personality and integrity.” This whole house renovation included redesigning the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. We installed a coffered ceiling throughout the first floor, added a natural stacked stone fireplace to cozy up the family room, as well as added hardwood flooring in all bedrooms. We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve this amazing couple. We are excited and thankful to be able to share their beautiful home with people in the area!
