We were hired to remodel 3 of 4 bathrooms in the home, as well as retile the laundry room and sunroom, installed new carpet in the bedrooms, refinished the hardwoods throughout the home, and repainted the main floor of the home. We completely gutted the three bathrooms, including the master bathroom. We reframed the exterior wall of the master bathroom to install a transom window, in order to relayout the bathroom with a larger shower with a zero entry VIM system. We removed a linen closet for additional shower space and added a linen cabinet to match the vanity cabinets. We installed heat floors and heated towel rack in the master bathroom. The master bath and hall bath have frameless glass entries and mosaic glass waterfall tile inlays within the main tile. The half bath and master bath have Toto bidet/toilet combo with remote control. The hall bathroom is in the middle of the home, with no natural light. We framed and installed a piece of obscure glass in the shower wall of the hall bathroom that adjoins the master bathroom, to allow natural light to enter the hall bathroom. We did this in the half bathroom as well on the adjoining wall to the basement stairs to allow natural light into the half bathroom.
