Ferguson's was a very straight forward floor. Clean, prep, tape everything off with 3M masking tape & film. Apply Kemiko Cola Acid Stain 2 coats Hills Brother's Sealer Customs non sanded grout in all expansion joints, 4 coats Sunglasses Wax by Waxie Sanitary Supply.
