Story

EXXEL Engineering provided boundary and topographical survey work, base maps, design and drafting of civil engineering plans, including site grading, underground utilities, building grades and elevations, parking lot, walks, retaining walls and access drives.  We obtained State and construction permits.  Our surveryors provided construction staking for all site improvements.
